I measured the flower-8 1/2 inches across. Can you see the pink edging on the petals? I just wish that the blooms would last longer than a day. They are so pretty-I may have to plant more of these.
Well, I need to get busy like this here bee-I have so much to do!

What a wonderful swamp rose mallow. I'm going to look into that. I don't have one. Thanks for showing the picture.
Such a pity given the beauty of this flower - so captivating in colour and yet - so short a life.
