A Drip of Gas Falls from Nozzle at a Gasoline Station
Just wondering what the price of a gallon (or liter) of ga$ is in your corner of the world. Here in central New Jersey it varies from around $2.83 to $2.95 a gallon, but that could have changed in the past few hours. As everyone living in the USA knows, the price of ga$ usually jumps just in time for Memorial Day weekend and steadily increases throughout the summer months. And then everything else goes up along with it, except of course, your paycheck.
So just curious, if you happen to stop by here, let me know.
Fortunately surfing the web is still very fuel efficient. I guess that's how I'll be traveling this summer.

Hey Lynne, wish we had your prices over here!!
Here in Scotland at the present moment it is 99.9p per litre for unleaded petrol.
100.9pence for diesel per litre
Not gallon - a litre.
So I guess you and I will be using the economy version of touring - the internet!!
We are 2.94-3.05 per gallon. Ouch!
We have definitely cut down on our driving and are spending more time at home. So far that has been a good thing!
Blessings to you Lynne, so delighted you were able to place Madeleine's details on your blog.
Thank you so very much.
You have it CHEAP!!!
here in Oregon - we are paying $3.39 per gallon.
But - I'm trying not to complain, knowing that Canada and Europe pay WAY more than we do!
Wow-that IS high!-I guess sometimes it pays to live near all those smelly refineries. Time to get out the bicycle!
Thanks for the comments.
On our calculations it would be about $6 a gallon here in Ireland.
We just crossed the $3.00 mark. It cost 51.00 to fill up our van this week...ouch!
